Payment
Option 1: We accept Visa, MasterCard®, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay.
Option 2: We also accept Twint, PosteFinance & Bank transactions (please note that these payment methods will need customer service assistance)

When it comes to purchasing anything online, the security question towers above everything else. Our store’s overall cyber security and particularly the billing process security is something we do not take lightly. All of your shopping here will be a fun and safe experience. If you have any difficulties in the checkout process, you can always address our customer support department with your billing questions.
We deliver only in Switzerland. The shipping charges are calculated from the weight of the products you ordered.
From estimation, the shipping charges will cost between 2,5-4,5 CHF (if your order isn't very heavy, but it isn't guaranteed).
Due to the pandemic, the shipping days are also not 100% sure, it can also delay a few days. We guarantee you that you will receive your parcel once you have paid properly the total amount (including the shipping cost) and that you gave us your correct delivery address. If you have not given us the exact delivery address please contact us to change it as quickly as possible at niabeautyofficiel@gmail.com.
If you do not contact us before the parcel got dispatched and you gave us the wrong address, we won't refund you even if you do not receive the parcel. Because we are not responsible for the buyer's mistake, so in this case, the buyer cannot claim a refund nor in exchange lashes.
The buyer has the responsibility of giving correct information during the payment process.
We don't accept return neither we pay for the return of the parcel.
If your item is damaged when received, please inform us within 3 days. Make sure to record a video or take a picture when opening. After we received your demand, we will process it and contact you shortly.
If all the conditions are not completed, then we will advise you to not send the parcel back because unfortunately we cannot give you a refund nor an exchanged lash. We inform you that due to hygienic precautions and the safety of our clients, we don't accept the return process.
Security & Confidentiality
We ensure you that all your data will be kept private and not revealed to anyone. Your data are used only once for delivering your ordered products and for newsletters if you have subscribed. We guarantee you that all your details will be safe and your payment process too. We use Paypal & Stripe as payment processors for the moment which are very securely encrypted.
The buyer has the responsibility of giving correct informations during the payment process. If not done properly, we are not in charge of the false informations and the consequences.
